Aaram Club didn’t start as a business idea.
It started in Aug 2025 as an illustrator (Me me me) who loved cats and art a little too much - and wondered why that joy, laziness, sass, and softness didn’t have a place in the merch we see around us.
I saw a gap: plenty of generic designs, plenty of borrowed aesthetics, but very little that felt artist-led, personal, and unapologetically desi in its humour and comfort. So I picked up my sketchbook, illustrated my own cats, their moods, their grumpiness, their need for aaram - and decided to build a brand around it.
Born from an illustrator’s vision (and a cat who thinks she’s human), Aaram Club became India’s first artist-led cat merchandise brand. Every product begins as an original illustration, designed in-house, with a focus on premium yet affordable merch that feels cozy, relatable, and lived-in.

About Me
About Me
About Me
Hello!! This is Megha, a cat cleverly disguised as a human, all in pursuit of buying my own cat food. In the middle of this delightful existential crisis, I work as a Visual Designer and Artist. One fine day, I wandered into NIFT Mumbai and somehow walked out with a Master of Design degree. Phew!
I’ve left my paw prints across places like Zee Entertainment and Timepass Games, along with a few other adventures - including founding Aaram Club, my self-illustrated cat merchandise brand. I loved being a cat so much that I turned it into a business, connecting with 600+ customers within just three months of launch.
Though I was clearly meant to nap all day and bask in the sun, surviving as a human required picking up a few skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma. I use these tools to create illustrations, visual designs, concept art, and brand identities.
