Shipping is handled manually and charges vary based on the delivery address. You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may request to cancel their order by emailing us at meghartgoyal@gmail.com or calling +91 8452091127. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds & Replacements:
Refunds or replacements are available under the following circumstances:
The product was damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo proof. Based on your preference, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or delayed deliveries unless the issue was from our end.
